The tomatoes are cut and left to rest with salt, hand squeezed to remove the excess water, sun dried and then pickled.
 
Ingredients - Tomato, Gingelly oil, Salt, Red chillies, Tamarind, Mustard, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Asafoetida
 
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
