This one is for all those who love the flavours of pickles, but like to experiment with pairings. Here's 3 of our small bottles of blended pickles, all of which can be made into a dip (eaten with vegetable crudites, chips etc) or as a spread (in a sandwich or a roti!)

For both dips & spreads, mix the blended pickle with a combination of hung curd + cream or cream cheese + cream to get the consistency that you like!
1) Sweet & sour lime pickle
Lime marinated till its soft and then combined with jaggery and select spices for that perfect 'khatta meetha' bite. This pickle is oilfree and & not cooked at any stage, making it an absolute winner for your gut & health

This is a traditional North Indian recipe.
Ingredients - Lime, Salt, Jaggery, Pepper, Fenugreek, Saunf, Jeera
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
2) Green chilly pickle
Piquant green chillies crushed with ginger, garlic and mustard and blended with lime juice and gingelly oil, for when you want that spicy bite!

3) Avakaya mango pickle
Raw mango with kernel, blended with the piquancy of red chillies, mustard, garlic and other spices.

We slice the mango with kernel. Each piece is then individually soaked in oil and the spices rubbed in, and then left to rest for a minimum of 2 weeks, before it is sold.
