1) Curry lime pickle
Sun-kissed lime mixed with curry ingredients, slow simmered and left to rest, allowing the flavours to come together beautifully.

We cut our limes into small pieces to ensure that you get the perfect blend of lime & the ‘chaar’ or gravy, not to mention the right quantity of lime onto your plate (don’t you hate wasting pickle because the pieces are too big?).
Ingredients - Lime, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Gingelly oil, Red chillies, Green chillies, Sugar, Raisins, Ginger, Fenugreek, Turmeric, Mustard, Curry leaves
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 12 months from date of manufacture.
2) Spiced garlic pickle
Caution: A faithful rendition of the traditional garlic pickle, this one is super addictive!

We make these with small garlic pods which are so much more difficult to peel but oh so worth it when you eat it! The garlic is peeled at the Farm and we do not use peeled garlic in vinegar for this pickle (or any of our pickles for that matter!).
Ingredients - Garlic, Gingelly oil, Red chillies, Jaggery, Vinegar, Salt, Tamarind, Fenugreek
Keep refrigerated. Always use a dry spoon. Consume within 2 months from date of manufacture.
3) Lime, Ginger & Kanthari pickle
Lime, ginger & kanthari (birds eye chilly) are marinated in brine and left to rest, to the point where the skin of the lime softens to the perfect consistency. This pickle is oilfree and & not cooked at any stage, making it an absolute winner for your gut & health
